Alex learned more of lifes lessons in the short time he had on earth than most people. He learned what true friendship meant, family values and how important they were,right from wrong, how to love and how to be loved,how to be a good friend,live everyday to its fullest,don't sweat the small stuff, how to be a honest citizen,how not to discriminate, help people less fortunate than him, how to reach out to people that are troubled. He read a book this past year called the Last Lecture. The premise of the book was what would you do if you found out your days were numbered on this earth. Alex's response was live everyday like it is your last, accomplish all your dreams,and time is valuable. How ironic that this was the last book he read. Alex did live too short of a life, but he lived a very happy life. He was blessed with a beautiful family and wonderful friends. He was so loved and admired by so many people. He was a gentle teddy bear. He is a living legacy.
